On Singing

To me, nothing matters more than to free my voice from the constraints of daily living, to feel the vibration from within my vocal cords, to feel the sound ringing brightly above the sea of misery we are constantly bathed in, to be able to conjure up a magical piece of music, for myself, for everyone. For me, to live is to sing.
